A question about the server's resource pack

Hey everyone, I was wondering how you change the item sizes of an item with a resource pack. This server's katana is way bigger than a regular iron sword, for example, and i'm making my own resource pack and wanted to know how to change item sizes.

It depends entirely on whatever you are using to model items. We use cubik, which allows readjustments of model sizes within the program.
