Allow All Users to Use /co inspect

Letting users have access to the inspection tool makes it easier to report cases of theft.

I dont think its a good idea, i think that if someone reports theft the staff should THEN allow them to use it to prove that stuff was stolen

What's the harm in letting users access to /co inspection? It's a helpful tool even when not used to find out who stole your stuff.

If you ever suspect theft use /helpme (reason) to get a staff member to come and investigate. Please remember to lock all of your chests to prevent theft and only add people you absolutely trust to your regions.
