Forgot to tell you they stopped regioning apts due to there being an absurd amount.

No exception even apt plots arent being regioned. Sundae22 has a 100apt building not regioned due to this and a building across those which are skyhigh buildings. None are regioned because of the absurd amount. Idk how to answer its in Runnerboro as there is no exception to any place it is in

They should be regioning apartments on islands, just not in the city.

Personally I dont feel it fits with the surrounding area, however if the people in charge of the island feel it fits and would like it I'm sure something could be sorted out.
