Architect need to be REGIONED!

Hi,
I'm one of the city's architects and it seems that every time i log on and i try and build something. It says that i can't place the block there, This is very annoying as when there is no admin online, i am unable to build houses and earn pay. I would like to be permanently reigned onto the city so that I'm not always asking to be regioned every time i log on. And apparently i have supposedly been reigned except i never am...
Hopefully this is possible and reasonable,

Yeah that's possible and reasonable but we need an answer by some of the owners or co-owners
