I think that console should be able to welcome players, and tell them to go to /warp tutorial because although i do it whenever i see a new player some ppl won't when I'm offline or when staff are offline, this would help the players stay on the server, because they will be lost without tutorial.

I think auto welcome is good for when no staff are on, but it's better that actual ppl/ staff do it when they can!
