When did that start? I guess Ive missed a few things over the past months I was absent. My apologies.

No worries, I don't mind if you make more than one. Completed, however there's a bunch of rented apartments in this build. You can't transfer the aboveground stuff back into the city unless all of the apartments are removed/unrented, but you can do the basements.
