This lawsuit is filed due to the fact when you are arrested the police does not give you your rights and also sometimes does not tell you what you are charged with.

This is not the correct place for this and officers are not required to read you your rights, that would be a lot to type for each and every arrest. Officers are required to state in chat the reason for the arrest and the bail price so if you are arrested please be observant and notice it, sometimes if can get lost in chat if you aren't paying attention.
