Notes: The regioning of fay5 is very awkward, so the shutter will hang over the plot border, but this was the same with the other build (thats why I couldn't remove them), I assume this will not be an issue as it was already existing. Please get back to me if there are any problems.

All parts of the house should be inside the region, the old house shouldn't have been transferred. Please make a 12x15 (15 in front) house to fit on the plot. Your current one is 14x17, please make a new request when it's fixed.
