Unfortunately the measurements are off, the plot in city is 21x15 and your build is 22x16. Reply on the thread when fixed 
sorry, i just based it off what the current build on the plot was, i guess i should’ve just used the actual measurements
It's this house. I counted it using my hands and using coords, its 21x15, and so is the city plot.
The city plot is glitched tho. @busted_me_x is not able to break blocks on the right side of his plot. I think it might be regioned after all the plots were unregioned, but higher staff regioned it 1 block short in the front and right side.
So either it gets re-regioned and those rows will be added again, and you make your build 1 bigger on the front side and right side, or you can have this build transferred and staff changes the 1st row of the front side and 1-block row on the right side to street.
