What you were doing before this occurred: Pvping
What you've lost (Only if you lost something) or what happened: I was fighting someone trying to use a steroid. Rather than using the steroid, since I switched to my axe/sword very quickly, it used my axe/sword. I've had this happen to me about 6 times now.
Location: Outside the bank on the road.

Do you have evidence of what enchantments the axe had?

No, sadly I don't. It's fine that I lost the axes, I just wanted the bug to be reported so that it can be fixed. I've had the bug happen while using repair tokens also.

Yeah, you can occasionally 'eat' items while holding items in both hands. Unfortunately I don't believe there's a way to fix it.
