Fail to log into Mccities

For me the problem is that I can't log onto mccities minecraft server. Everytime I type "play.mccities.com" or when I type the server IP, then it comes up: something like: failed to log in. Try the 1.9-1.12.2 client. Best regards Alex_the_cool_11

This happens when the server just restarted. Try using version 1.12.2 (vanilla) a few minutes after the event occurs.
