Suggestion: Giving ALL players access to /tptoggle as some players abuse /tp and constantly harrass and pester people with tp requests. This is basiclaly just /ignore but for tp requests

Indeed. It's just like /ignore.
But to be honest you can just /tpno or not react at all.
Also it's a rank feature, and ranks already don't have too much to offer.
