Help Getting message repeatedly for one hour+ now

When I try to talk in main public chat it says Cannot send chat message I can only Private message people Because it is a command And yea I can only use commands and not talk in chat

Are you able to see other people's chat messages.?

You probably have 'settings' -> 'chat settings' 'chat: commands only' on. This would make it so u can't send any messages in chat, other than command messages, like ./msg or /r
