House auctions

Maybe its me watching a little too many house hunting programs on Youtube but I had this idea that could be implemented into the server.

How I think it could work is this;

1. Players can have the option of doing something like /house auc or /auc house or something to actually start the auction instead of just selling
2. A small announcement could be made in the chat signalling the start of the auction in say 5 minutes, giving chance for everyone to look around the house or property and get a feel of what they'd pay
3. Everyone who wants to take part would need to teleport to the house/property and then enter into a chat mode thing that only the people taking part in the auction can see
4. The person that own the house/property or a mod or someone else would announce the actual start of the auction, still in the chat mode thing, then announce the price that it will start at e.g. 50k
5. Players take turns making a bid in increments of 1k and 5k to start, then when it gets past a certain price the increments go up to like 5k and 10k
6. It wouldn't stop until everyone has either surpassed their limit or quit, and last person that is still serious about the bid then gets the house for the highest bid

Idk if this is too detailed but its an idea I had last night but was hesitant to share

This is mostly down on forums. Tho a command for it in game would be fun. Maybe realtors only to add a new aspect to the job?

Yeah, like only realtors could start an auction for a house or something or start one for someone else for a small price

@nibble this would be pretty cool like a housing auction also maybe if this gets implemented maybe bring back /auc start?

I second that, auctions were fairly good even if a bit laggy
