2.what happened was I was selling a giant underground farm and he wanted it i said 300k he said ok but i only have 120k he said .so i said ok but i want a signed book saying he will pay me back and a 5% interest charge which i don't really want but he said ok he signed the book. he bought the place five days ago he bought i was just waiting so he could get the money but now he won't pay back.
