House transfer request

Good day!
I decided to build the house myself and it turned out pretty good I must say.
I do now request a transfer from the creative plot (ID: -26;40) to my city plot (orono-4).
Take the money you need and make my dream come true, a victorian house on a mountain

The yellow concrete is very bright, perhaps try and change it to a more neutral tone. The roof is also quite large as modern houses are usually accepted in the city. Transfer denied.
