Increased disease in the winter

I was wondering if disease chances could increase due to it being winter on the server. Maybe pneumonia chances could increase?

It will make the server more realistic during this time. Doctors will enjoy treating the amount of people that have diseases

I go to the hospital sometimes but it’s fun to use doctors. Also once my temp was super low and I had no idea what to do cuz I didnt even have pneumonia so yeah the doctor helped
