I wouldnt exactly pay 3mil maybe tops is 2mil since jabus mansion was sold for 1.4mil, and i literally paid 3mil for Mansion5 without loot since someone paid 2.5mil since we had an agreement for the loot so thetotal was 5.5mil. And. Mansion5 is really big so I wouldnt pay the same amount for something smaller. It is nice but, I wouldnt pay 3mil for it tho sorry
