Its not possible to redo the island with that much plots, some wont even sell their plots
Speaking of sides, we got another side of Captain's build complete
That will be awesome if every island has a ToS/Agreement/Rules. Here's an example but I think its too late.
1 - You do not have permission to resell our plots for more money.
2 - We have permission and rights to change the builds of your plot.
3 - You may not use it for illegal activities that can ruin our island's reputation.

The main point of me having a base on an island is so most people cannot open doors or use anything if they’re not added and such. And if you’ve only one plot, you wouldn’t really be able to have a hideout
1. The whole point of the game is to sell plots for more money
2. You should have to get permission to change someone else's plot; you can't just do whatever you want to someone's house
3. Eh if the player is willing to do illegal activities, this won't stop them
The ability to sue for a region on your island that is owned by a permanently banned or an inactive player, after 45 days of inactivity.

But seriously, I think the best idea so far is the fill in the blanks bc you have down the main important rules and can be adjusted to the island owner’s liking.

The first thing that came to my mind when I bought undeadland was to make a redstone rotating light house, near the beach or a small hill near the beach but, I decided not to anymore, so I'm looking back at my old ideas to see if I should add it or not.
@nibble I think this should only be possible to islands that have weird names like gamerboy00 or tuckerisland77 idek xD. Or maybe paying a sum lets say (500k) to have it renamed or something.
