Item lost in auto enchanter in player bal tax restart

I was enchanting my Hardened Sword in the auto enchanter.
My hardened sword maxed out or at least was about to be finished maxing out just was enchanting bane of arthropods 5 on it and it was maxed out with out bane of arthropods 5.

Same thing happened to my beheading sword (Smite V, Looting III, Unbreaking III). It happens if it is put in close to a server restart.

Also, if this helps, the restart was not one that gave a warning in the top with a count down. So it was not really their fault that they didn't put the weapon away/not put it in the auto enchanter.

Yeah, but my situation happened like a month ago when the server kept crashing.
