They might not pay your brother the money back, you don't have evidence, you could be lying, also he should be posting the issue.

Even though he doesn't have evidence I was on with him and he was looking at one of my houses... I clearly remember saying "you can't buy this one you only have 120K". I know for a fact he did have that money as I lost interest too and am hoping to get it back
