AwesomeAli and I created a minigame called knockout and DonutOffendMe helped us test it out and it is very fun. So I am going to be creating a rink for it on one of my properties. The basics of the game is that you hit each other with knockback sticks (Grandpa's Walking Stick) trying to hit people off a giant tower and the last person standing wins. I will be building the tower shortly and setting a new business's hq there so anyone can come and play the game. This thread will be updated when that is complete.
