In this thread I would like to address my idea about loans. I saw a immediate response on how this could go wrong so I have decided to go into more depth. First off loans can not just simply be gotten people must apply using a format that would like somewhat like this.

This would then have to be accepted by the president. Some of the rules for loans would be...
1.Loans are to be used for businesses only NOT TO RANKUP unless you earn money from your business
2.Loans are not to be given to other players
3.The maximum amount of money a loan can be is 15k
4.You will be jailed once a day until loan is paid off if it is overdue. The amount of jail sentences will increase with every day your loan is later!
5.You may only have a loan once every 2 months.
If the person does not pay back there loan after continual jail time there house/shop may be taken.
