I doubt the failure was caused by you removing the input nodes. Most likely they were already broken by the time you removed them. The input node failure bug has become a regular thing on the server. For the time being, having a Slimefun system is going to require replacing LOTS of input nodes. I've had to replace 50+ input nodes just in the past few weeks. It's not supposed to happen, but there isn't really any sort of solution (for now) for input node failure.

I made new nodes placed them rebroke them then they became heads
