Why do you want to become a teacher?
I want to contribute to the community again, get a new passion and have more to do on this server. Teacher seems really fun to me! As does Secretary! I want to succeed at teacher and become a true rolemodel for this community, as a Teacher I will also be able to have more influence on players and hopefully make the server more active again with a larger playerbase!
What do you want to teach? Include 2-3 topics, in case one of them are already occupied. (Minecraft or McCities related topics only, as those are most pertinent to our students)
I already checked, so I know this topic isn't taken, but I would like to teach Economy. I would keep it simple to everyone can understand and have more advanced homeworkclasses that students can take either at home with books or in class when school is going and they do not want to study a certain other class. My classes would be related the economic system we have on cities and also teach a bit for real life.
If you don't think I should teach economy, I could always teach Biology, but I'm afraid that topic will run out faster, cost more money from the budget and I really would love to teach economy above biology. (This would ofcourse be Minecraft Biology)
How would you handle a situation if a student wasn't behaving in class?
First I would give the student a verbal warning, making clear that their current behavior is not meeting the standards I need to proceed with class (But then in normal english xd)
Depending on the behavior, if they continue I would either send them to the office or give them another warning. As punishment they would have to make extra exercises.
Do you have an account for discord? (This is required for teachers to communicate and plan as a team)

So I want to do something special for my teacher app, I have some small but fun ideas for the secretary as the way it is right now it's not so useful and more of a third VP. This application is to become teacher and secretary at the same time. Secretary would be only a side-title as a secretary is not as useful. Also it will no longer be a VP Copycat. Instead Secretary's will be able to host homeworkclasses. If 2 teachers and a secretary/vp/Principal are online they can host small classes at /warp school that take no longer then 10m. This way we can host school more often. Also will the secretary be involved with after school events such as Sports, Theater plays etc. (More on that topic in discord IF I get accepted).
TLDR: I want to become Teacher and Secretary and discuss what the Secretary can do instead of it's current role inside the school.
I really hope I can join and support the team and I am looking forward to teach the players of cities some fun extra knowledge!
