It would be nice if this server was introduces a mortgage system. With the system, a player could buy a house for sale even if he/she does not have enough, but on his/her payslip, the $$ would be reduced until they have sold the house or paid it off. Then the whole thing starts again when they buy a new house!

It would also be nice if they sold obsidian in the shop

This is not good as payslips are about $400 a time so it would take AGEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS to pay for it, a better idea is taking a certain amount of money from their /bal and /bank and their payslip until it is paid for.
