Like some of you may know, I use a certain scheme / document to make my prices!
So they stay fair and the same for everyone!
These calculations are made by using simple math and using certain multipliers!
This will make it easier to know if you need my help or if you can afford me as an arch, Before contacting me!

How it works:
I count everything like this -> ( plot sizes added up ) x ( the multiplier) -> with numbers it would look something like this: (for a skyscraper that is 55x55)
-> (55 +55 ) x 1.75 ( Appartment multiplier ) = 192.5k for a standard 5 floor ap!
The multipliers:
Important to know!
The number you see behind the normal house and Mansion are the both sides added up!
so for example :
25x25 is a normal house because 25+25 = 50 ( 50 is less than 100)
60x60 is a mansion because 60+60 = 120 ( 120 is more than 100)
Disclaimer
Every architect has another price range!
some prices may be differant depending on the amount fo floors and basements!
All houses/ masnions are counted as 2 floors and 1 basement!
This is only how I make my prices

- Mansion ( +100) -> 1.5
- skyscrapers/appartments -> 1.75 + 0.1 ( per extra floor )
- Stores and other special stuff ( arena, amusement park , … ) -> 2
- Boates / other vehicles -> 2.5
