Why cant I open a new apartment building its so hard to make money then once someone finally has an opportunity to make some there's something stopping.

because there are way too many already and if we have any more it would start to crash the econ
We have like 40 pages of rentable places and each page is like 10-20 or something invtween that so 400-800 regions up for rent. Plus rents are just easy money tbh, you need to put in some hard work to earn cash, apartments arent a sufficient way to earn cash, i make like 10-20k week only from my apt
