Introduction: I trump15024 as the head of Apple Inc on McCities, and @EnderPoop (Enderport) as the owner of Android and the owner of Ocean View Bank has decided to join together to re-open Ocean View Bank together and work together 50/50 to achieve a successful financial institution on the server.
Services: Ocean View Bank will provide bank services such as loans, bank accounts, safe deposit boxes, properties, and we are looking at many other things such as stocks etc. The following is a list of limits on loans for ranks.

Executive: $100,000
Elite: $250,000
Millionaire: $300,000 (amounts will increase with time)
What is our interest rate?
Ocean View Bank’s interest rate is 5% on all loans. We are calling this “interest neutrality”.
How do I know this is a trusted service?
I as the head of Apple inc a well managed company that has been providing products to players for almost over a year now and a server police officer and Enderport a veteran player who owns the company Android has put together a state of the art banking system where we 100% guarantee fairness, and a wonderful banking experience for players.
What happens if you don’t pay a loan back in time?
Ocean View Bank will give you a set amount of time to pay back a loan based on your situation as everyone’s situation is unique. If you do not pay back a loan in the given time every day we will add 3% interest on your loan for 4 days and after 4 days we will make a court case. However, we feel trusted that the way our system works such as early warning systems to alert you in game, on forums, and on discord that your loan is due we will not run into this problem too much.
Before you take out a loan you will have to sign this contract:
I, <name of borrower>, have agreed to borrow <amount of money borrowed> from OceanViewBank.
I consent to pay <loan amount you took> at an <interest rate>% interest rate, and if I am overdue on a payment ocean view bank will add a 3% interest every day until the 4-day court case limit.
I understand that, if I breach this contract, I can be taken to court and I will be sued for the amount you loaned from Ocean View Bank and the interest on it you owe.
