Police faculty changes
The police force has been re-organized. Ranks have been shifted around, some officers are no longer with the team, and we're going to be hired more qualified applicants (more on that below). Below is the current police force.

New Police Application
There is a new police test/application. This one is harder, has more questions that you have to do in game, like find coordinates, and some other things. The police application system is becoming more stricter. To become a police:
Tier 1: Take the police app and make at least a 45 on it
Tier 2: Have an interview in game, which will include bail questions, questions about your motivation for being police, and your past history on the server.
Tier 3: In game training, being able to find criminals, testing /getpos skills, pvp skills, and being able to handle attacks.
Tier 4: Have a final interview/test
Once you got through that you will become an officer.

Police Guide Changes
+ Police can use any unfair advantage they like if the criminal is using an unfair advantage. This is going back to the old system of how it use to be and this decision is final as the current rule has caused confusing and fighting.
+ Smoking pipes are now illegal again
+ The one cop, one crime rule is still in place. However, if a cop is after a criminal and another player attacks them, the cop can have as many cops as there is criminals attacking him as backup.
These changes have been approved by myself, faheem, and the staff team. The goal of these changes is to make the police force a small, high quality team who work with each other as a team to provide the best results.
