I'd like to put this build there, or at least the contents of the rooms. The structure itself could change. My question is: What are the plot standards at h137 and how could I meet them? It seems there are a good variety of colors, textures, and sizes regarding the surrounding buildings.
I was also not intending to exploit, so if there was something I could change to appease that as well I'll do it.
