Questions i have regarding apartments

I'm sorry but i can't seem to find these answers to my questions here they go please help me
1) do i have to wait till I'm an architect to make rentable apartment complexes
2) how long does it take for someone to survey my creative build and allow me to be and architect
3) will they ignore me if i don't do good or will they give me feed back ?
4) where will builds in creative be put if they make it to the main city or land ?

1. You are free to build one at any time. Just ask one of our staff members to region it (Sr.Mods and up)
2. Usually 1~2 days.
3. It depends on the situation, but you should usually get a feedback.
4. You are free to build whatever you want unless you are an architect and we ask you for a build. You can move the build to your plot, or be paid to build for other players. Moving plots from creative to the city will have a small fee to cover the material expenses.

you just need to claim multiple plots next to each other and type /p merge.
