Theif ranks should be added so the more you commit crimes without getting caught the more you are skilled. Theif should have skills like going invisible for a short period of time runnign fast. MAybe even stealing items at random from inv.. Cops ranks should add kits. Some plugins for theif are pickpocket and lockpick.
