Regioning and Landlord change plot-2

Hey!
I was wondering if you could chance the landlord for the apartments to knight3000 and there was 3 apartments I was wondering if they could be regioned. This is for plot-2 Thanks! and if you could change the rent to 450 per week that would be awesome.

I set you as landlord & set the new price.
The new apartments cannot be regioned as the 2 above ground were obviously added by a player for an attempt to make more money, and basement apartments are not accepted.
