Completed Regioning help

Hi I was just wondering if the Stone Slabs placed around that I just transferred (h1111) could be removed to like stone slabs in the ground. It was placed by the previous owner, but I cannot break it. It's like the border around my house and I was just wondering if I could get it removed. Its what I circled in the blue
