Denied Regioning request for orono-1

I would like my apartment building, orono-1 to have all apartments regions reset (they are out of order and need to be put into numbered order) and I would like the rent to be $300. I also would like the extra rooms used as apartments as well ( use the elevator, the go down to bedrock) I would like the top of the building to be orono-1-1, the floor under the top to be orono-1-2, the first underground to be orono1-3, and so on. The higher in y coordinate the lower the number letter n will be (orono-1-n) the lower the y coordinate, the higher the number letter n will be. Remember. The highest apartment will be 1, and go up one every floor lower you go. Please re-region orono-1. Thank you! -leroy

some that I have are below ground, and I have many below ground, and that's how it was when I bought it, but only 2 are apts underground

From my understanding underground apartments were never allowed, not under zain and coban
