Remove Heat Sickness From The Nether

It's so annoying to have this nausea and slowness when in the nether for more than like 10 minutes. From what I know and have tried (ice and a cooler) there is no way to cure the sickness (which takes just as long to go away as to contract it) nor is there a way to prevent it. How am I supposed to get any work done or travel through the nether when I'm getting slowness and nausea 3 for literally just walking. It's not like it's from the lava either as it happens everywhere in the nether. Please get rid of this stupid and pointless head ache inducing illness that has no cure and no prevention.

Freezing water / cold water lowers your temperature.

Yes it does but when you’re in the nether, it doesn’t affect your temp that much, and it keeps raising.

take off 2 pieces of armour. I always do boots and helmet. Then you don't heat up or at leats it goes veeeery slow.

But when I see a wither skeleton or a blaze, I’m a 1 hit.

It’s easier to remove tha heat xd
