Restaurant jobs

I suggest we bring back the chef job along with a few other food jobs.
- Chef - specializes is savory foods (burgers, fries, sandwiches)
- Baker - specializes in sweets and baked goods (pies, cakes, and muffins)
- Bartender - specializes in beverages (juice, tea, wine)

These jobs would add to the roleplay of restaurants and would allow for people to start big restaurants and hire a bunch of workers.
