Runnerboro Roleplay "National Guard"

I as the President of Runnerboro like to update you on a new roleplay available to players in Runnerboro. @yankeefan1187 proposed to the government the idea of making a National Guard for roleplay, fun, and to practice skills. The subject was debated and we approved. @yankeefan1187 has recruited people for the high positions he will be the main position of the program but the president will oversee the program.

How to be accepted into the National Guard:

Must have no criminal record within 30 days

Must be Resident+

Must reside in Runnerboro or have a business located in the borders < President will allow any player on the server to apply no matter if you have a plot or not.

Must pass tests

Must be able to serve to the jurisdiction

Must have good grammar

Complete Basic Training

The whole Runnerboro rule will be marked off temporarily unless it is getting out of hand. I'll be posting a link as soon as the Chief of Staff and the Assistant AG sit down with me and discuss further plans for Basic Training.

Yes its a roleplay for players such as for skills etc

@Death_Inferno360 National Guard is a department that both falls under a state and the regular Army. There can be different units assigned to a National Guard that are Army units. Example: 19th Special Forces Group, National Guard unit, falls under Utah National Guard and the United States Army Special Operations Command.

I think that everyone who wants to do something like this thinks it's way to complicated.

Why is this so complicated like 74th army trooper. Or something like that with national guard and defense secretary like I dont think any certain group will be willing to manage this stuff and memorize it.
Simpler version
General->Liuntenant-> Soldier
Or something like that, if Im gonna be honest with you literally only Yankee and Gabriel can understand each other and the whole server dosent memorize politics or army stuff. If you want add some Army Secretary to manage forces but legit your making something supposedly roleplay fun very very complicated.

The National Guard under me will be using the US Army ranking system. You'll be taught the ranks in basic, you won't have to necessarily memorize them all. We're using paygrades E1-E9b and O1-O8. You'll learn them all, but you'll be focusing more on formations and some integrated skillsets during basic training.
