2. They said they were going to sell me a building for 10k, and said it would take 6 hours to transfer, so I payed them and now, like 12 hours later I still do not have the building and I would either like the building or the money back.

It’s impossible to pay someone and then they transfer the plot to your name. You need to put the house on sale and then do it. @ToothpasteBandit id keep that in mind
