I believe it would add another way for criminals to enjoy McCities because they only have few ways of actually making money. Players do not want to buy stacks and stacks of drugs from another player which results in no one making money. My idea is that there can be seperate shops for lower end drugs and higher end drugs for different ranks. This will let new criminals either sell lower end drugs to a shop or sell higher end drugs to higher ranking players until they rank up. This will also result in players not focusing on robbing the bank which is really annoying when every single cop/criminal is focusing on that.
