sundae wants the islands to be for fun, and some people ruin that by hoarding. I'm not sure how the autoselling works, so you'd have to ask nibble

Private islands are usually smaller and cost less than $10m to buy. If these new islands are added, just for "dream estate" purposes, it may actually increase the value of some islands, because people will associate $10m with private islands. But, of course, this doesn't apply to the private islands that I don't know exist. I'm sure there's at least two that I've never heard of.
Knowing this people wont likely sell their dream estate island since its an island and not likely to sell so hording it can, sell for a higher price, I already found a loophole to it, trust me theirs a loophole to almost anything
I think you are forgetting the fact that a good majority of active players actually have over 1mil and would want to purchase an """"Island"""
Island prices have not increased much, it's just that more people are looking for them and more people are whining about not getting islands. You're persistent, I'll give you that, but you need to work a little on seeing other people's side of things. Who knows, you might see the point I and other people are trying to make.
"just for fun", but they would have the same purpose as normal plots, just larger, and you cant 'resell them' ? Now it's not seeming reasonable, and more of a grab for islands unfortunately. I do agree that maybe there should be 1 (MAYBE 2), small islands regioned [for more plots and stuff], but this private island concept has toonnnsss of flaws

By the standards for today and with the edits me and turkey are making. We are rebuilding the whole island by hand.
Maybe you could find/make an island in the wild, and get it regioned for a ton of money, but have it be able to have mobs. That would decrease the worth, but also make it cool. Keepinv would also be off
No no, I know this was a suggestion, but I know players who will do ANYTHING to get an island - except put the work in for the money

To answer some questions. Before many of you joined and before the first cities were built, there were many islands, which still exist today in the city world. Kiri did say that he’s regioning unused areas, but good luck finding them :£

Lolz i think that the people that are realky rich need to make another purpose in the game then getting monney and having stuff. (I mean the top of the rich people) this way they can make fun games more roleplay and grow the server to an bigfer game. If all these old and rich players just made sure there was an upcomming economy then they can make there profit off that. An example is that i am new and an old players comes to me and hores me for an crafting and obtaining company. I work hard and i earn monney then i can start my own shop and grow bigger. I have my own company and the old player pays me and i give my company to him so he makes that monney. Its all about investments and socialising and you guys are just screaming more plots and we have to become more rich. Idk what your arguments are.
