Suggestion to mention /rep in tutorial

Ok so I have been through the tutorial and it says nothing about what you can get arrested for or anything about /rep. Because new players need to know for example if they want to apply for something that involves /rep and they don't know about the laws the can help them.

Exactly, we kinda need this, especially thta there are so much officers who dont do their jobs properly. false jails, police force test cheating. Also it should mention thta if your rep goes about like over -100 you have a very low chance on becoming a police

This is a good thing to have. New players often ask in chat if they can get rep, can anyone get rep, why do they have a negative rep, and a few other questions about police. To me this seems like a quick add on!
