Yes- say if I pay bob for a house with a rare item- he would sell the plot for 0. Auto sell reverts it to exactly the same sell price- unless it's resold for a different price
Thats also why stuff is overpriced; when there was more inflation or houses were worth more, those bungalows on my island were worth 175k, but not anymore.
