Transfer AND regioning request

Hello, I would like to transfer a build on my creative plots to survival.

Username: DexterAng
Creative plot: /plot home 3 (the larger of the two buildings)
City plot: sky40

Regioning:
Note: I have no idea whether my apartments are up to standard, or whether the plot can even be regioned, but as there was a previous apartment building on the plot, I'm assuming it can. Kindly correct me if I happen to be wrong. Thanks!

Two apartments per floor, please do not region the penthouse.
