Transfer problem

Creative plot: Beach_blossoms plot, /plot home 1
Plot the build will move to: h23

My build was transferred but a little bit of the build is out of my plot and I have a lot of my plot space for the build to be moved over a little. Also some walls in the basement did not load or get transferred. As well as on the Doctor, Starbucks, and "bar storage room", the storage room was not transferred how I built it to be. My plot above the ground is great but below the ground it has a few problems that matter to me. If this can be fixed please do so!~ Thank you for understanding!~

The build seems to be on the plot? Or am I wrong? and the walls of the basement were not in the region so could not be transfered.

if walk on the plot youll see that some parts will say, h23 bought by eveej and I cannot build on some parts of my plot. Also by any chance could you add in walls?
