Despite me giving reasonable warning in a level manner, he persisted in tp killing me (I didn't even hit back, I add) and trespassing on my property.

Make a player report that reason isnt for court its for a player report, also use the correct format for the player report @BritishEmpire420 court cases are for if someone owes money, stole items, etc, not for that proof in the images provided.

You can make a player report if necessary. Yes, harassment can be considered constantly killing, standing in your property, excessive trespassing, etc.
