Waiting for a long time so that my plot can be transfered to survival

Hello! I have been waiting for my plot to be transfered to my survival plot and i made a request long time ago... I have been waiting for a really long time now and nobody has been helping me to transfer it. Please help me to transfer it so i can continue with my work on the plot and upgrading the house and plot. Thanks.
