when i try to type a long msg i get kicked for spaming and i don't know why

if you type too fast or too many long msgs after each other you get auto kicked.
But you should recieve a warning saying "type slower" first so I am a little confused.

Did you recieve a warning first?

@statman31 this may be occurring as a result of a 1.13 client. It should work correctly if you switch to to 1.12.2

when i join when i use 1.12.2 i keep getting disconnected
