yes
You actually hear the word your thinking about. I hear yanny first, since I was reading the text while listening. I then thought about laurel, and heard that too.

I hear Yanny ,though the actual word said is Laurel. A theory is, that people who hear Yanny, have a better sense of hearing as you hear it at a more "intense" and higher pitch that some people don't hear cause they have a lower hearing "zone", which they hear laurel.

Do you hear Yanny or Laurel? I sorta hear both but mainly Laurel.. this argument is really bugging me. I wonder which is this majority. Comment below ;p
Okay, so I figured it out. I heard Yanny at first, but then as I thought about Laurel, I heard it too. Yanny is said in the high pitch and Laurel in the low pitch. And whatever you hear better, high or low, is what you hear. So I hear both at the same time.

Think all about yanny and you’ll hear yanny, think all about Laurel, you’ll hear Laurel. It’s legit craziness!!
